We hereby declare that all O-Rings, Inc.’s products comply with EU REACH’s restriction
on SVHC for limits on hazardous substances, and comply with Annex XVII of REACH
Regulation. These products are considered to be “articles” under Regulation (EC) No.
1907/2006 concerning Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals,
as entered into force on June 1, 2007 (EU REACH). These products do not contain the
235 SVHC substances (as of June 14, 2023) above levels noted in EU REACH
Regulation.

O-Rings, Inc. continues to take the necessary steps to ensure that the information provided is
accurate. We monitor the list of substances subject to authorization and will notify our
customers if our products contain such substances. No warranty is either expressed or
